Backup

Remote backup is one of the easiest ways to leverage the power of Cloud computing. Our Managed Remote Backup service is completely automated, immensely secure and offers a comprehensive hands-off solution for backing up critical system data to the Cloud77 data center right over the Internet.

Our data center is a fireproof, earthquake-proof space powered by redundant generators. It is fully air-conditioned with raised floors for circulation and 3 levels of security to gain access to the building. In our space, we have our own private range of public IPs, our own firewall and multi-linked backbone connection. Cloud77 offers security of private data and we leverage a partnership with a software development firm that offers redundant connections and data centers globally for additional protection.

The service features automatic data compression, secure data encryption, and 24/7 backup monitoring and support all for a single monthly fee. By including full monitoring, support and remediation service, Cloud77 ensures that your network data will be available even if a critical system failure occurs.

Cloud Backup

Cloud77′s Cloud Backup service is completely automated, immensely secure and offers a comprehensive hands-off solution for backing up critical system data to our data center right over the Internet. The service features automatic data compression, secure data encryption, and weekly backup monitoring and support all for a single monthly fee. By including full monitoring, support and remediation service, Cloud77 ensures that your network data will be available even if a critical system failure occurs.

Our Cloud Backup service is fully managed by our technical staff. This means that a member of our technical team is always actively monitoring the status of your archived data. Unlike most backup solutions that are do-it-yourself, our backup process ensures that there is always a human ‘touch’ every step of the way. If you ever have questions or concerns about your stored data, all you need to do is call us.

Onsite/Offsite

Cloud77 always recommends including an onsite/offsite component to every company’s fire plan. In the event of connectivity loss in conjunction with data loss, an onsite/offsite backup will allow for quick restoration of critical data. For this component, data is backed up locally with some media rotation so that there is always a copy available both onsite and offsite.

Your dedicated technical team will monitor the status of these backups and either rotate the local backup media or train your staff to do this on a regular basis. We are happy to host your backup media at our secure data center.
